Berdasarkan Hasil dan Maklumat Rapat Umum Asosiasi Kantor Bach Science Corporation bersama Asosiasi Tim Bach Science Corporation dengan Kantor Eksekutif Bach Science Corporation pada 20 Juni 2023, kami memutuskan bahwa:

Sekretaris Jenderal Sekretaris untuk Departemen Penerimaan Plt. Sekjen Kantor Sekretariat Umum dan Kepaniteraan

Selanjutnya, kepada seluruh pihak yang ditunjuk sebagai posisi pengganti sementara dapat segera bertugas pada posisi yang telah ditetapkan ini dan petunjuk pelaksanaan teknis akan diberitahukan pada lampiran surat ini.

Pengumuman Penunjukan Sekretaris Jenderal Sementara Bach Science Corporation Periode 2024-2025

Kepada seluruh karyawan, mitra kerja, dan pemangku kepentingan Bach Science Corporation, dengan ini kami sampaikan pengumuman penting sebagai berikut:

Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan TIMSPCE (Tim Khusus Pencatatan Keputusan, Kebijakan, Investigasi, dan Restrukturisasi), Kepala Divisi Pengembangan Sistem Administrasi, Pencatatan dan Urusan Kepegawaian untuk Center of Development for Bach Science Corporation (CDBSC) telah ditunjuk sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Sekretaris Jenderal Bach Science Corporation untuk periode 2024-2025.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab utama Plt. Sekretaris Jenderal adalah:

  1. Mengkoordinasikan dan menjaga komunikasi efektif antara departemen dan kantor pusat.
  2. Bertanggung jawab atas administrasi umum, pengarsipan, dan pendokumentasian kegiatan perusahaan.
  3. Mendukung persiapan dan pelaksanaan rapat serta pertemuan.
  4. Membantu penyusunan laporan, memorandum, dan dokumen resmi lainnya.

Penunjukan ini berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 6 Mei 2024 untuk masa jabatan 6 bulan. Selama menjalankan tugasnya, Plt. Sekretaris Jenderal akan menyampaikan laporan berkala kepada TIMSPCE.

Kami mengapresiasi dukungan dan kerja sama dari seluruh pihak terkait dalam pelaksanaan tugas Plt. Sekretaris Jenderal demi kelancaran operasional dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.
